Hello!! My name is Teddy and I am a Black & Queer Reiki Practitioner & Doula :) Welcome to Black Ram Healing!

I’m a Reiki Level 2 Practitioner who has been practicing Usui Reiki since 2023. I became interested in Reiki after having a few sessions myself and realizing how expansive & infinite the benefits can be. I wanted to be able to take care of myself and my community in that way as well. I am available for in-person and virtual appointments! I have done one-on-one sessions, group sessions, and a collaborative session with my Reiki master and teacher Lo (of First Light Reiki).

I am also a doula! I am equipped to help with births, prenatal, postpartum, abortion, and miscarriage through the knowledge gifted to me by Birthing Advocacy. I have been studying for a year and will be certified by this upcoming April so I can work along side clients at hospitals. I became a doula because I care about birthing people & children’s well-being. I noticed that western medicine not only left something to be desired but specifically and systematically was letting Black women suffer and die during childbirth. I want to help make that experience safer and joyful for Black & Queer parents.

While I can offer both services separately, I am excited that I can combine my two passions as well. Eventually, I would love to attune my pregnant clients to do Reiki so that they can then also give Reiki to their babies.

A little about my personal life: I am a Pittsburgh native and was born and raised right outside of the city. I like to spend my days exploring nearby cemeteries, hanging out with my friends, and sunbathing with my kitty. I spend my nights moonlighting as a bartender and you can always catch me out dancing.
